GfK ROC Bulgaria is a Resource Optimization Center (ROC) located in Sofia, Bulgaria and is division of GfK Bulgaria – part of GfK Group, one of the top five market research companies worldwide. The GfK ROCs are based in India and in Bulgaria and could support you in various ways. Below is a summary of what we offer. Most of these services are available in English, German, French, Russian and other languages.

Data Processing

This is our main service and we are most experienced in Quantum and Merlin programming.

Our capabilities include:

• ASCII Data file preparation; validation, editing/merging and reformatting.
• Tabulation; simple to large scale multi-country/wave tracking projects, levels processing and weighting/statistics.
• Output formats; Quanvert, SPSS, MS Word, HTML and Merlin to Word(MTW) and Smart Excel Macro/Winyaps PDF.

 Online scripting

The team is experienced in providing online questionnaire scripting in Confirmit and mrStudio.

Our capabilities include:

• Online Scripting in Confirmit;
• Scripting, Exporting Data in various formats, Reporting, Third party sample management and Ad*Vantage®/Multimedia Programming.
• Online Scripting on SPSS Dimensions mrStudio; Scripting, Exporting Data and Dimensions Desktop Reporter Tabulation.
• Additional Skills; Flash programming, Jscript, VBScript and HTML.

We have completed a number of projects for Global GfK initiatives, such as the production of the GfK Country Pocket Book and the satisfaction survey for the GfK Research Summit.

Research Support Services

ROC Bulgaria offers a wide-range of research support services. These include:
